Supervisors approve requests to create work orders, or reject them with a reason, so only real jobs reach the team.主管批准後才建立工單，不批准須寫明原因，避免無效工作。
Approving a priority-A fault marks the machine Down automatically. It returns to Operating when its work orders are closed.批准 A 級報修後，設備自動標記為「停機」；相關工單結案後自動恢復「運行中」。
Every job shows its status: Open, Assigned, In progress, Waiting parts, Done, Closed.每張工單都有清楚狀態：待處理、已指派、進行中、待備件、已完工、已結案。
If no one enters the downtime, the system calculates it for you, so your MTTR and MTBF figures stay complete.未填寫停機時間時，系統會自動計算，確保 MTTR 和 MTBF 數據完整。
Group assets by location (plant, line, cell) and category, set their status, and find any machine with search.按位置（廠房／產線／工位）及類別分組，設定設備狀態，並可快速搜尋。
