This Privacy Policy explains how Good View (好景), Hong Kong ("Good View", "we", "us"), collects and uses personal data through our website www.goodview.work and our web-based maintenance management service, Good View CMMS (the "Service"). We serve customers in Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore and elsewhere.
本私隱政策說明好景（「好景」、「我們」）如何透過網站 www.goodview.work 及網頁版設備維修管理服務「好景 CMMS」（「本服務」）收集及使用個人資料。好景（Good View）是一家香港企業，客戶遍及香港、馬來西亞、新加坡及其他地區。
We handle personal data in line with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) of Hong Kong ("PDPO"). Where it applies, we also follow the general principles of Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 and Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012.
我們按照香港《個人資料（私隱）條例》（第 486 章）（「私隱條例」）處理個人資料；在適用情況下，亦會遵循馬來西亞《2010 年個人資料保護法令》及新加坡《2012 年個人資料保護法令》的一般原則。
2. Personal data we collect2. 我們收集的個人資料
When you request a demo or trial on our website, we collect:
- your name, company name and work email address;
- your country or region and industry;
- the approximate number of assets and users, and how you manage maintenance today;
- any message you send us;
- your privacy consent, and whether you opted in to product updates;
- ad and visit information: the campaign that brought you to the page (UTM parameters), the Google Ads click ID (gclid), the page language, and basic technical data such as browser type and the time of your visit.
當你在網站申請示範或試用時，我們會收集：

If you use the Service, your organisation's administrator creates user accounts. We then process account data (such as username, name, employee ID, role and location) and the data your team enters, such as asset records, fault reports, work orders, photos, videos and audio files.
如你使用本服務，你所屬機構的管理員會為你建立用戶帳戶。我們會處理帳戶資料（例如用戶名稱、姓名、員工編號、角色及位置），以及你的團隊輸入的資料，例如設備記錄、報修、工單、相片、影片及錄音。

We use personal data to:
- reply to your request and arrange a demo or trial;
- set up and provide the Service, including support and help with setup;
- send you information about pricing or plans you ask for;
- send product updates, but only if you opted in;
- measure and improve our website and advertising, for example to see which Google Ads campaigns lead to requests;
- keep the website and the Service secure and meet legal obligations.

We will not use your personal data for direct marketing without your consent. You can withdraw your consent at any time (see Section 9).

Our website may use cookies and similar technologies, including Google Ads conversion tracking and website analytics. These help us understand how visitors use the page and whether our ads work. - with a buyer or successor if our business is reorganised or transferred, under equivalent protection.

Our service providers may store or process data outside Hong Kong, for example on cloud servers in other countries. When this happens, we take reasonable steps so that your data receives a similar level of protection to that required in Hong Kong.

7. How long we keep data7. 資料保存期限
We keep personal data only as long as we need it for the purposes above: to follow up your request, provide the Service, or meet legal and accounting requirements. After that, we delete or anonymise it. Customer data in the Service is kept while the account is active and handled at the end of the account as described in our Terms of Service.

We follow standard security practices to protect personal data. The website and the Service use secure HTTPS connections, and access in the Service is controlled by role-based user rights. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You have the right to:
- ask whether we hold your personal data and request a copy (data access request);

- withdraw your consent to marketing at any time, by using the unsubscribe link in our emails or by emailing us.
Where Malaysian or Singapore law applies, you may have similar rights under those laws. We will respond within the time required by law and may charge a reasonable fee for data access requests where the law allows.

If there is any difference between the English and Chinese versions, the English version prevails.
